With a background in Industrial Engineering (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees), I spent 6 years in project engineering in the steel and oil & gas industries, followed by over 8 years of international experience in M&A, corporate finance, and strategic advisory.

I began my career in the engineering departments of two steel companies, gaining hands-on experience in industrial operations and project execution. I then joined Saipem, a multinational E&C and drilling company, where I worked on large-scale industrial and energy projects.

I hold a Master in Finance from ESADE Business School and have developed strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution. I’ve worked across M&A advisory in Barcelona, contributed to venture capital investments in London, and most recently spent two years in the M&A department of ArcelorMittal in London, where I led cross-border deals and strategic divestments.

Based in London, I have founded Dambro Limited, a boutique M&A consultancy. I support companies and investors in executing acquisitions, fundraisings, and growth strategies, with a focus on the industrial, energy, mining and sustainability sectors.
